You’ll stay in great accommodation, eat at hand-picked restaurants, and have amazing experiences, but this is still real travel. Things don’t always go perfectly, and that’s part of the adventure.
Accommodation & Group Experience
All trips are designed to be social and inclusive.
- Accommodation is either twin-share or single room (trip prices will vary depending)
- Solo travellers who opt in for the twin-share will share with someone of the same gender
- Solo travellers who wish for a single room upgrades will be available at an additional cost
- We will offer the two costs for each trip so you can make the best decision for you

How Do I Book a Tour?
When a new tour launches, here’s how it works:
- Fill out the booking form once the tour is live via that page
- You’ll receive an automatic email confirming your request (this is not confirmation of your place)
- Within 72 hours, you’ll be told if you’ve secured a spot
- A deposit will then be arranged to secure your place (amount varies depending on the tour)
Simple, straightforward, and fair.
Cancellation Policy
All tours are run in partnership with trusted providers although I will be on the tour with you and the itinerary is what I have planned with my partners, your booking is with my partners not me.
- Full terms and cancellation policies are available via each partner’s website
- Deposits for bespoke tours are non-refundable
